Introduction to Fair Isle Knitting

Fair Isle knitting may look difficult, but it really isn’t. It just takes a little practice! Once you get it, it’s very enjoyable and the results are super rewarding. There are 3 ways to knit Fair Isle: carrying 2 yarns in the left hand, 2 yarns in the right hand, or 1 yarn in each hand. In the first session you will practice and decide which technique works best for you. You will continue to practice for homework in class 2 and you will begin your Easy Slouch Ombre hat.
